If a package is returned due to insufficient address or undeliverable as addressed, buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the item. If the buyer chooses not to have the items resent and opts for a refund, shipping fees are not refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please be reminded that it can take up to 28 days for a shipment to be returned to sender for insufficient address. The Fine Hair cannot send a new shipment to buyer until the original shipment has been recovered safely by us.
