Fine Hair Collection 7-Day Return Policy
*If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your hair purchase, we will be more than willing to process a refund or exchange the item(s) within 7 days of delivery.
THE HAIR CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED AFTER TAGS/WRAPS HAVE BEEN REMOVED OR IF HAIR PATTERN HAS BEEN BROKEN, WASHED OR USED! Before using your hair, please inspect the hair thoroughly to make sure that you’ve received the correct length, color, texture, and quantity as per your desire. We highly encourage our customers to inspect and examine all of their hair without opening the bundles. The coils and waves patterns on the Loose, Curly, Body and Deep Wave hair must be intact. Under no circumstances should the coils/waves be pulled apart, finger combed or brushed. If the pattern is broken on the hair, we cannot return or exchange the product. The hair must be returned in the same form and condition it was delivered in. We want our customers to be satisfied and if for any reason you have an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.
If you have any issue with the hair and qualify for return, please email us your return request and return hair within 7 days of receipt of your hair. Email us at email@example.com. Our return policy is valid and we will honor your request only if you have made a return request within 7 days of receipt of your order. The Fine Hair Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or items damaged during transit. *Please review exclusions and restrictions to the 7-Day Return Policy.
*Exclusions & Restrictions:
By making a purchase, you agree that any purchase you make is bound by these shipping and returns terms. Refunds and exchanges cannot be processed for any custom orders, special closures or frontals (HD, transparent, film or Swiss lace), wigs, or hair products. We cannot refund any orders financed via Sezzle, QuadPay or PayPal. Only exchanges are available for purchases made via the Sezzle, QuadPay or PayPal finance options. We cannot refund any items lost in transit. Refunds and/or exchanges are ONLY for products that have not been opened, unwrapped, unsealed or tampered with in anyway! The original tags must still be intact. The products must be returned within seven (7) days of the date that you received your order. Please email us your return request. Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method. *Please do not send items that have not been approved for refund to us. If any item that is not eligible for refund or exchange is delivered to us, you will be required to pay shipping cost for us to ship it back to you. You will receive tracking information once your package has been shipped. Orders will be processed within one to seven business days. Please factor in weekends and holidays when selecting shipping options. Please factor in the off chance of a customs delay, inclement weather delay or a natural disaster. Once a package leaves our facility for delivery, we no longer have any control over the package. Therefore, we are unable to make any guarantees of delivery days or times. In cases of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, The Fine Hair Collection will try to assist in resolving the issue to the best of our ability, yet we will not be held responsible or liable for the delivery issue. The Fine Hair Collection will NOT reship or issue refunds on lost shipments. The Fine Hair Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or items damaged during transit. In these cases, you must make a claim with the courier company.
Shipping fees are nonrefundable. Please verify your delivery address. If a package is returned due to insufficient address or undeliverable addressed, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to resend the item. If the buyer chooses not to have the items resent and opts for a refund of the items, shipping fees are not refundable. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Please be reminded that it can some times take up to 28 days for a shipment to be returned to sender for insufficient address. The Fine Hair Collection cannot send a new shipment to buyer until the original shipment has been recovered safely by us. We cannot issue a refund if you mistakenly have your items delivered to the wrong address. No exceptions.
